I’m Robbie English, a REALTOR, and Real Estate Broker with Uncommon Realty. For more than 40 years, I’ve helped people make real estate decisions, but I’ve never believed my job was simply to sell someone a house or put another transaction on the board. My job is to understand what you’re trying to accomplish, give you the benefit of my knowledge and experience, and represent your interests as we work toward that goal.

The house matters, but so does everything that goes into buying or selling it. The price, contract, negotiations, inspections, financing, appraisal, timing, and hundreds of decisions along the way can affect your outcome.

My job isn’t to convince you to buy a particular house or push you toward a transaction. My job is to understand what you’re trying to accomplish, help you understand your options, and represent your interests as we work toward that goal.

Sometimes that means helping a buyer recognize that a house isn’t the right one. Sometimes it means giving a seller advice they weren’t expecting. And when the right opportunity is in front of you, it means using my experience to help you pursue it strategically and confidently.

I’m also a national real estate instructor who teaches other real estate professionals about contracts, representation, pricing, negotiation, and professional practice. That education and experience matter because I put them to work for my clients.
